This beautiful grey/brown-ish vase, reminiscent of an oinochoe but with a high handle similar to Kyathos vases, is crafted from fine brown clay. It features a darker slim band around the rim and part of the body. Greek letters inscribed in ink at the bottom suggest it was likely found in the early 1900s.

Provenance: Private collection of Erik Fischer, Inspector at the Danish art museum "SMK" from 1964 - 1990.

Culture & Date: Hellenistic, 323 - 33 BC.

Condition: Fine condition, with small chips at the rim and body.
