Black Hamsa Opium Weight, 1900's

This very fine Hamsa weight from the Arakan region features an octagonal base with a smooth neck and body. It dates to approximately the early 1900s.

Provenance: Ex. Private Collection, Netherlands. Acquired approximately in the 1970s during travels.
