Indian Plaque of Vishnu

An interesting Indian metal plate featuring a figure, which I believe to be the god Vishnu due to the presence of cobras. The cobra is often associated with Vishnu and holds substantial symbolic meaning in Indian culture. The backside of the plate is quite uneven, a result of the wax production method used. You can almost see the fingerprints of the artisan who crafted it.
